Our Story

We started Custom Fit Solutions because we couldn’t get foam. Not the good kind. Not on time. After waiting six months for just 14 pieces of foam to protect medical vials, we decided enough was enough. So we bought a CNC router, taught ourselves the hard way, and started building foam inserts that actually fit, arrived on time, and didn’t fall apart.

What began as a fix for medical gear turned into a growing demand from people in fire & EMS, knife manufacturing, overlanding, photography, RVs, tools, and more. Turns out, a lot of people had the same problem: cheap foam, bad fits, and no one picking up the phone.
