Our Story
We started Custom Fit Solutions because we couldn’t get foam. Not the good kind and not on time. After waiting six months for just 14 pieces of foam to protect medical vials, we decided enough was enough.
So we did it ourselves, bought a CNC router, taught ourselves, and started building perfection; tailored to any need we desired.
After a fix for medical gear, our skills pulled a growing demand from people in fire & EMS, knife manufacturing, overlanding, photography, RVs, tools, and more.
Turns out a lot of people had the same problems, and we fixed them all.

Mike is the architect. He handles software, CAD, and CNC manufacturing. He’s the guy who makes sure every cut is dead-on, every rendering is tight, and the tech runs smooth.
